The Michigan EMS Association and the Michigan Association of Ambulance Services is excited to invite you to join us in Michigan on Feb. 5-7, 2025 for the 2025 State EMS Associations Networking Meeting in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The event will cost $150 per person including a full agenda on Thursday and Friday and time for you to explore Grand Rapids as well. We will be hosting Happy Hour on Wednesday Night (2/5), a Brewery Tour and Dinner on Thursday night (2/6) and Duckpin Bowling and Pizza on Friday night (2/7) for those who can stay in town.

The entire event will be at the beautiful and historic Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, which is walkable to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. We have secured a hotel block for $185/night plus taxes at the Amway Grand for the nights of 2/5-2/7. To book a room, click here. The room block is open until January 8, 2025.

You should be able to fly directly into the Gerald R. Ford International Airport, which is only 15-20 minutes outside of downtown Grand Rapids.

Registration is now open and we ask that you note which evening activities you plan to participate in when registering. (Note: You will have to create a free account on our site to register). If you will have any additional individuals with you for the evening activities, please email [email protected] so that we can account for that and secure additional payment.
